- 2 months free — pay for 10 months, get 12
- Pooled submissions — instead of a monthly cap, your full year's worth of submissions goes into one shared bucket you can draw from anytime. Great for businesses with seasonal spikes.
- Your plan renews after 12 months or when the included bucket of submissions is fully used, whichever comes first.
Minors submit for free on all plans. Only adult signers count toward your submission total. So if a waiver is signed by an adult for 20 minors (like a group permission slip), that only counts as 1 submission.
It depends on your billing type:
- Monthly plans: Once you pass your included submission count, you're charged a per-submission fee for anything extra that month. Each plan has a different per-submission fee, please view the description for details.
- Annual plans: Your submissions draw from one pooled bucket for the full year — no monthly cap to worry about. Once that bucket is used up, you're charged for a new 12-month term, and a new bucket of submissions becomes available immediately, good for up to 12 months.

A submission is when a participant completes, signs, and submits a waiver or form by:
- Completing a new waiver - the participant fills out and signs a waiver form (through a QR code, kiosk, email/SMS link, or booking integration).
- Using a waiver saved on file (upcoming feature) - a returning participant reuses a previously signed and stored waiver instead of completing the form from scratch. Even though no new form data is entered, activating or confirming the waiver on file for a return visit or new activity generates its own submission record.
