Frequently Asked Questions
Monthly Plans: If you have a monthly plan and exceed your monthly eWaiver limit, you will automatically be charged $0.15 (15¢) for each eWaiver that exceeds your plan's limit at the end of the month.
Annual Plans: If you have an annual plan and exceed your total annual eWaiver allowance before your plan's anniversary date, your annual plan will be automatically renewed when you reach the total of your plan.
NOTE: With our discounted annual plans you get 2 months free (12 months for the price of 10) plus all 12 months of eWaivers are pooled into one large bucket for you to use as needed for up to a year.
Example: 750 eWaivers per month x 12 = 9,000 eWaivers to use over a period of up to 12 months.

Or you can signup for a discounted annual plan. With our discounted annual plans you get 2 months free (12 months for the price of 10) plus all 12 months of waiver documents are pooled into one large bucket for you to use as needed for up to a year.

We have a "Pay as You Go" option for clients who only need a few waivers occasionally. This plan is only $5/month + 25¢ per waiver. Please click here to sign up for the Pay as You Go plan.
We can also create a custom plan for a high volume, one-time event with up to 250,000 waivers or more.
Please email us with your unique needs and we'll get back to you asap with options.
Optionally add "Please Sign Your Waiver" SMS notifications to any account. This is for our clients who use Bookeo or a reservation / booking platform through Zapier.
SMS notifications are offered in blocks of 200 SMS's for only $10.
To add SMS, simply log into your account and head to the account & billing page to add SMS notifications.
