Don't worry - your account will continue to function even if you exceed your plans allowance.
Monthly Plans: If you have a monthly plan and exceed your monthly eWaiver limit, you will be charged $0.15 (15¢) for each eWaiver that exceeds your plan's limit at the end of the month.
Annual Plans: If you have an annual plan and reach your total annual eWaiver allowance before your plan's anniversary date, your annual plan will renew.
Minors do not add to eWaiver usage totals; so 14 minors on a waiver = 1 eWaiver document.
NOTE: With our annual plans you get 2 months free (12 months for the price of 10) plus all 12 months of eWaivers are pooled into one large bucket for your organization to use as needed for up to a year.
Example: 800 eWaivers per month x 12 = 9,600 eWaivers to use over a period of up to 12 months.

No, and we will not nickel-and-dime you. All eWaiverPro plans include every feature at no additional cost, with the only optional element being SMS alerts.
SMS alerts are used exclusively when synced with booking or reservation software for sending out waiver notifications. The SMS option is available on all plans for clients in North America, and costs $10 for every 200 SMS messages sent.
Custom development may incur a fee based on the specifics and complexity of the request, however there are no additional, extra, or hidden fees with eWaiverPro.

We offer an option to add as many locations as needed to a single billing account, and all locations can even share from one large bucket of waivers to keep costs down.
Each additional location is setup independently inside our software with a unique location ID, team members, templates, kiosks and QR Codes; keeping data separate and secure.
We also have an administrative portal where members of leadership and operations can view usage and access all locations from a single page; making it simple to track activity, update templates or branding, download & archive completed waivers, manage mailings lists and more.

With our yearly plans you get 2 months free (12 months for the price of 10) plus all 12 months of waiver documents are pooled into one large bucket for your organization to use as needed for up to a year. This is ideal for busy seasonal operations.
Example: 795 waiver documents per month x 12 = 9,540 waiver documents to use over a period of up to 12 months.
This would cover 4 months of a seasonal operation with about 75 guests per day.
You also have the option to Pause Your Account on any monthly plan. For $5 per month you can keep your account active, ensuring the secure storage of all your data, while still being able to process waivers at only 25¢ each. When your business returns to its peak season, you can effortlessly revert back to a traditional plan.

We have a "Pay Per Waiver" option for clients who only need a few waivers occasionally. This plan is only $10/month + 50¢ per waiver.
