Waiver Upgrades That Directly Impact and Enhance Your Operations
Bookeo requires each participant, including each minor, to have their own individual waiver. A family of 5 will need to complete 5 separate waivers.
With eWaiverPro, there is no limit to the number of minors that can be added along with an adult on a single waiver, saving significant time and reducing aggravation at check-in.
As Bookeo requires each minor to have their own waiver, monthly usage will increase. With eWaiverPro, any number of minors on a waiver are counted as 1 waiver, reducing the quantity of waivers processed towards your total usage.
eWaiverPro supports waivers for participants without reservations; while Bookeo’s waivers are tied strictly to booked slots and guests, and lacks the capability of a general waiver for walk-in guests, bystanders or companions not actually participating.
eWaiverPro does not require a set number of guests to be configured, making it ideal for group events where a venue or party rooms are booked.
Because Bookeo links every waiver to a specific guest, group event waivers are not available in Bookeo.
eWaiverPro’s universal kiosk operates without the need for daily login or searches by the booker’s name or email. With eWaiverPro, the date and time of the event are all that are needed at the kiosk, reducing steps and simplifying the check-in process.
eWaiverPro offers the option to add a tag (label and color) to individual questions; such as food allergies, injuries or experience levels, alerting you in the waiver hub.
eWaiverPro’s proprietary waiver share lets you or your participants share waivers with other members of their group via Email, SMS, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp – without any configuration or setup.
